I tossed a truth grenade
over the Wall of Ignorance
into the Garden of Propaganda
long nurtured by slick
orator ministers

making shit up as they go

Naive me actually

thought I could change history

by invoking the ghosts

of muckrakers past

The influencer class
easily absorbed my blast
and spun it into today's ration
of mass regurgitated disinformation

Thereby living and thriving

to lie another day

for dark money compensation

from the never seen enemy

seeking to hunt me down

for my crime of reality heresy
