I have been devalued and diminished
Knocked down repeatedly
by the forces of Ignorance
Taunting my bloodied ass
on my worthless insignificance
All these self esteem death missiles
launched daily in my direction
And yet here I am
still standing defiantly
Not giving a damn
what those bastards think of me
Patiently awaiting
the opening for my counterattack
This is when persistence pays off
as I revel in the laments
of my shocked enemies
