Not very wise
to smoke inside
a gunpowder factory

Not a good move
to drink wine
during surgery

Not smart at all
to take love
for granted

For love
must be nurtured

Protected from
the forces of erosion

that break
the heart down
over time

Tis all we can do

to keep these
feelings alive

cause love

that fragile
necessity 

is our foundation
