Here I am again
up against the insidious forces of Can't..

That unrelenting villainous tyranny
doing it's best to wreck me
and undermine my confidence
with a toxic barrage of negativity..

Time to put on the battle gear
for this war will be a long grind
that can only end in victory
if my walls are well fortified
to block self doubt from my mind
