Praying at the alter of Darwin
with smug superiority
and pompous feelings
of God given entitlement

Wealth inherited down

and passed on
through the gilded generations

Modern robber barons

who assume collectively
the top of the economic class
is where they are destined to stay  

Cause at the end of the day
they know they own the game

For today anyway...

Because we know

if history teaches us anything

is that eventually

the oppressed fed up majority

will reach

an abused victim tipping point

and the power pyramid

gets flipped
