The child with matches
is fascinated
and seduced by the flame
that they created
with the flick of the wrist

Clueless are they
about dangerous consequence
attached to combustibility
if the power they now wield
is not applied safely

No adults around
to snatch the fire sticks away
from the naughty boy
who is gonna torch the sky today

Say hello
my soon to be scorched citizens

flame thrower diplomacy

we have unleashed
on a horrified world
by our Juvenile King
who fiddles from his bunker
while counting up profits
and the childish accolades 
of fellow burn it down brats

contiguous
bloody conflict

from the terror
of unlimited
unmitigated

or peaceful pause

No agreed upon settlement
til one side is completely vanquished
and all remnants of their existence
is plowed under beneath the ashes
