Vapor Affair




Vapor Affair
Hot shower

 cold Winter's morn

 bodily revival

 Steam now dominates

 comforting fog

 wafting randomly 

 filling my congested lungs

 glazing the mirror
a hazy shade of gray

 from this cozy dream

 I open bathroom door

 my steamy cloak
explodes out
of our sanctuary

 dragging me with it

 into the barren world
of
chilly reality

    Perfect contrasts, Steve. It is just like that - especially on cold mornings when the last thing you want to do is step outside. The steam becomes our friend. :)
